In the early 1990s, “Zhytlobud-2” completed the construction of the building of Khnatob, the regional hospital, the architectural faculty of Khnubai (Khibi), a boarding school in Oleksiivka, and the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity in Saltivka. At the same time, the trust seriously changed its structure, created a park of equipment and established the production of the most necessary materials in order to put its work on the market rails. “Zhytlobud-2” continued to build residential buildings, received new orders for the construction of medical facilities, industrial and commercial facilities.
