“Zhytlobud-2” is a valid member of the Ukrainian Construction Chamber, one of the founders of the “Regional Construction” association, which unites construction organizations of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region, is a member of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine and actively participates in the development of the construction industry as a whole.
Our company has received many awards for its work. The company received the “Golden Fortune” medal in 2004, the diploma of the laureate of the national competition “Vyscha proba” in 2004, the “European quality” diploma for the high level of standards in business at the Oxford Leaders’ Summit in 2008, the silver medal “20 years of independence of Ukraine” international Academic Popularity Rating “Golden Fortune” in 2011.
For the office of the AVEK and Co. concern at 70 Sumska Street with the famous Zhitlobud-2 atrium, he received a 1st degree diploma in the competition for the best residential and industrial buildings and complexes from the State Committee for Construction and Architecture.
Residential buildings on the street Otakar Yarosh, 22 and 26, built using the author’s technology of multi-layer walls, awarded in 2004 and 2005 with diplomas of the Ministry of Regional Development as the best in Ukraine.
In addition, the company “Zhytlobud-2” was awarded the honorary award of the Assembly of Business Circles “Leader of the Ukrainian Economy”, received the First Prize of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Building of Ukraine for the construction of the National Institute of Technology in Kharkiv. In 2012, the International Academy of Rating Technologies and Sociology “Zolota Fortuna” awarded the company “Zhytlobud-2” with the “Leader of National Business” medal in the “Leading Construction Enterprise” nomination, and in 2013 – with the “Labor Glory” medal in the “For Significant Contribution” nomination in the development of the construction industry and high professionalism.” In 2013, “Zhytlobud-2” took third place among the construction companies of Ukraine that participated in the rating of “Money” magazine.
In 2018, “Zhytlobud-2” was awarded the professional award “Ukrainian Construction Olympus” in the nomination “Leading developer of Kharkiv region”. According to the results of the National Business Rating study, our company was recognized as one of the most efficient enterprises of Ukraine in its field, and a confirmation of the high status, reliability and business efficiency was awarded the prestigious “Leader of the Year 2018” award.
In September 2019, the “Zhytlobud-2” company won the main prize in the “Public Institutions” category of the International Construction Competition “European Award” – the Golden Statuette. The prestigious award was given to the reconstruction of the Regional Service Center at 144 Traktorobudivnykiv Avenue.
