2000 year
The first residential building in Kharkiv, built according to the advanced technologies of monolithic frame construction, was put into operation. It is located at 22 Myronosytska Street.
The building of the concern “Paradise corner” was erected on the street. Klochkivska, 28.
“Zhytlobud-2” completed the reconstruction of the building and finishing works in the administrative building of JSC “Concern AVEK and Co” on the street. Sumyska, 70. For this project, the company received the 1st degree Diploma in the competition for the best houses and complexes for residential and industrial purposes from the State Committee for Construction, Architecture and Housing Policy of Ukraine.
In 2000, the construction of a 10-story premium-class residential building on the street began. Kosmichna, 12-A. It became the first “warm house” built according to the author’s patented technology of construction of multi-layered walls “Zhytlobud-2”.
