1970 – 1973 years
In the early 1970s, “Zhytlobud-2” built the buildings of the Research Institute of General and Emergency Surgery and the Institute of Health Care of Children and Adolescents of the Medical Academy of Ukraine (Okhmadit). Reconstruction of the “Dynamo” stadium was carried out, the “Tourist” hotel was built next to the current “Marshala Zhukova” metro station. Buildings of the House of Projects, the institutes “Hiprotactorosilgosmash” and “UkrkommunNDIproekt” were built on Nauka Avenue.
